All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery across India usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Remote areas and hilly regions may take a little longer (7–10 business days).

During festive seasons or unexpected delays (weather/courier issues), delivery may take extra time.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 will be applicable.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered Email/SMS.

You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.

Mountain Gear will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

For returns/exchanges, customers may have to bear the shipping charges unless the product is defective or wrong.

In case of a defective or damaged product, Mountain Gear will provide Free Reverse Pickup.
