At Mountain Gear, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. Our goal is to provide you with the best outdoor gear that is durable, reliable, and built for adventure. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from our official website.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for refund.

Items bought during clearance sales or special discounts are non-refundable.


Refund Process

1. Contact our support team at support@mountaingear.com with your order details.

2. Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping details.

3. After inspection, the approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you can also choose to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style (based on availability).

Note

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
